This is a privacy fence with cedar pickets cedar rails and ACQ posts. We use a treated post to get a couple of more years out of the fence you get a little twisting and a little warping but they last longer. |
This style of fence is the most popular . The picket style means there is a gap between each picket. It comes in all different styles this one is frenchgothic pickets and posts. It also comes in dog ear pickets and flat posts or dog ear pickets and decorative posts.
This style is mainly for the dog this is a five to six foot fence with a one inch spaced picket that gives privacy and allows the dog to see out of the yard.

You dont have to settle for a standard gate we can build any style that you would want its your fence you should have it built your way. |
|
Shadow box means there are boards on both sides of the fence with the boards gaped and overlapped. This is to allow privacy along with letting the wind pass through the fence therefore there is less resistance against it during wind storms. |
Using cedar when you have your fence installed opens up alot of options in the styles of fences you can have installed. It also gives you alot of options in color you can stain your cedar any color you prefer, paint, or just leave it natural the one above is stained and will hold its color longer than a natural fence.

Privacy or solid just means you get the boards as close together as you can to prevent people to see in or with four foot solid to keep the dog from seeing out.

There is a must in the nails that are used for installation of your wood products.Ringshank nails for installing the rails have to be used because the smooth nail doesn't hold as well in the wind. Also if installing the new treated wood acq the nails must be made for that type of wood. We use an aluminum nail for the cedar picket this prevents the dark streaks or bleeding of the wood were the nail has been put. We only use the best quality of nails provided. There are many more styles of wood to chose from so use the contact button or call us at (816-419-4982) For a free estimate. |
